The whole line of 11th generation (710, 410, etc.) Dell servers dumped support for PCI-X, so I'm sure there are no 12G (720, 620, etc.) systems that do support PCI-X. That said, I doubt there is a solution for any currently-shipping/new models.
You might be able to find a PCIe to PCI-X adapter, but then you'd have to be pretty careful which system you get, that there would be adequate space for both the adapter and your card(s) ... and there would be no guarantee that it would work either. Otherwise, it sounds as if you are at a crossroads - continue using older/aging servers for your old cards - maybe getting/keeping extras on-hand, or update your cards for newer hardware.
