Hello, everyone:

I have a disk continuing report "media error" for 4 days. Till now, I got disk info as below.

my question are:

1. Should I replace the disk immediately? what's the criteria?

2. If it is yes, what kind of disk should I buy? as ST3600057SS has been out of production, and the data transfer speed of new disks list on the Dell.com are all 12Gb/s , I wonder if these disks can be used. My server is R420 , Raid controller is H310 mini

Thanks in advance.
