Drive needed

Question

Hi...I want to add an additional drive to a PE 2650 I have. It currently has 36 GB drives in it so I want to purchase one more of those. However, I cannot find which drive is compatible with the 2650 using the Dell web site (lots of other models are mentioned, but never the 2650). Can you help me and point out which 36 GB drive will work with the 2650?

I've been posting in multiple places trying to get a response from Dell. PowerEdge, here, Pre-Sales. No response.

dell won't respond. these are user to user forums so it'll just be if someone around here has an answer.

Previously, I have asked questions here and Dell has had folks going through them helping everybody out. Perhaps they stopped.

that ended a long time ago...    but yes, dell did previously have an active role in the general/customer care forums.

Well, that's unfortunate...it was always a better approach than waiting on hold for 30 minutes. Dell's support is so terrible...they only thing going for them is that everybody else is even worse!

agreed. i definitely have my issues with dell support but I have yet to find anyone better
