PERC H310 not display on IDRAC Web interface

Hello,

I have a Dell XC720xd-C5 server with two PERC raid controller (H310 (pci slot 6) & H310 pci slot 5). Twice running good, i’ve one virtual disk on each.

But when i'm connected on IDRAC7 web interface, the raid controller H310 (pci slot 5) isn’t displayed. just one show (H310 pci slot 6)

How i will be warned if one disk of the H310 (pci slot 5)  controller is out of service ?

Thank's

Hello,

Was this showing two controllers and now does not?

Was anything done on the server around the time this started?

Have any parts been added or removed from original configuration?

Can you confirm you are up to date on system firmware: iDRAC firmware, BIOS firmware and PERC firmware

Try a flea power drain and check results after:

drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed). After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in, then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.

are you able to check it via offline OMSA or you may need to update the firmware of IDRAC if required, you can test it via removing one of the drive from a redundant raid volume and see the logs.
