RAID cannot be created with S140 control on server r640
I have a server R640 NVME Backplane. In the technical details it says how to RAID with S140, but I have tried everything and I cannot RAID. Server Up to Date .IDRac up to date . All Firmware Lee is up to date. Can someone help me it's urgent

Can you walk us through, what are the steps you have taken and not able to create RAID, is there any error?

@DELL-Joey C Hello, I read the article in the link you sent, but the problem was not solved. I did some research and 4th generation NVME SSDs cause incompatibility problems with 3rd Generation Backplane. I installed a Windows operating system on the SAS SSD. When the system is turned on, NVME SSDs appear and a performance problem is observed.

ı use this nvme ssd
