Remote Desktop Connection Error

Client computers connecting to server via remote desktop connection with no issue, server was moved location, and now can not connect. The server does currently have internet and I did already change the ip address for connection still have the same error message "remote desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons: ..." any ideas of what i can try ?
