EMC PowerPath 5.2 does'nt support RHEL 5 ? (Or, would it ?)
Hey everybody !
I have some new systems that I installed RHEL 5.0 on with the
assumption that EMC Power Path would be supported on it.
but when i called to my SAN advisor, he claimed that the PowerPath version isn't supported on RHEL 5.0.
I would like to hear second opinion from you guys,
because , with all the respect, RHEL 5.0 is being used for at list one year on the market, and it can't be that vendor like EMC can't support RHEL 5.0.
PS , there is any other PowerPath version to install, that would be supported by EMC on RHEL 5.0 ?
thank's again !!
Alon.
