Powerpath 6.1 failover seems not working

Question

Hi all, This is a RHEL 6.8 box running Oracle 11g with ASM. Storage is Unity 600 and Powerpath 6.1 is installed in the host. Everything has been done according to best practices. During Unity OE upgrade, Oracle lost its luns and stopped working. I investigated the OS logs (how could I attach, I don't know)  and run 'powermt display dev=all'  after the Unity upgrade. Powerpath seems not working. Any ideas about this behaviour? Thank you, Atatür
