PP shows degraded

Hi

I have removed one of the LUNS (emcpower2a) from the Navisphere. How do I remove the emcpower2a from the PP configuration permanently to reflect the latest changes. Also my HBA shows as Degraded even thogh I can still cd in to the file-system. PP version is 4.5
