How does PowerScale integrate with other systems and applications, such as cloud services?

Hi Nair,

Thank you for your query relating to PowerScale integration with cloud services.

We have a feature called as Cloud Pool in PowerScale which integrates the DELL PowerScale with the cloud services.

CloudPools is an extension of the SmartPools tiering capabilities in the OneFS
operating system. The policy engine seamlessly optimizes data placement that is
transparent to users and applications.
Moving the cold archival data to the cloud, lowers storage cost and optimizes
storage resources.

We recently started syncing our data stores (PowerEdge servers) with Azure Backup. I've noticed that it can't really handle more than about 80tb for each instance of Microsoft Azure Backup Server (MABS) that we have running.

I hear that the PowerScale team is working on integrating with Azure Backup. Is this something we could utilize if we decide to purchase a PowerScale unit today?
