How to use pstcli command

Hi All, We are building a PowerStore500T.We are trying to use the pstcli command to get logs, but it doesn't work. The documentation seems to indicate that hardware information such as cpu_model, cpu_cores, physical_memory_size, etc. can be referenced.Is it not possible to get the information with the pstcli command ? If anyone has any information on this, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

The HW specs are by model #. A 500T has 192GB RAM, 2x Intel Xeon CPUs, 24 core @2.2GHz

I don't believe PSTCLI has access to the low level hardware.
