Did you add dives to empty slots or did you replace all the drives that were previously in your MD3200? If you replaced all the drives in your MD3200, did you happen to destroy all virtual disk and disk groups on the old drives prior to removing them? If you connect to your controller using your serial cable, does it show the controller in a lockdown state?
