MD3200i Controller not booting and can´t access via console

I have an MD3200i that was needing to replace battery. We did the procedure as recommended in Dell Manual.

But after reseat the controller, de iSCSI ports are flashing, but management port isn´t.

Tryed to access the controller via serial console, but got no response in terminal ( the other controller is responding)

Trying some suggestions from this forum, but didn´t get success:

Having those errors:

Also, this is a dual controller storage, but now wirte cache is disabled, there is any way to reenable write cache with only one controler if the second controller isn´t booting?

Hi iescoura,

Try turning off cache mirroring and see if it will use the cache on the working controller.

Disabling cache mirror worked perfectly and now have write cache enabled again.

About the errors to secondary controller, there is anything that can be done? Any recovery procedure?

Try reseating the controller.

I´ve tryed reseat the controller, but nothing change.

Only iSCSI ports have led blinking, management port not and no response at serial console.

Sounds like the controller may have failed if it is still having problems.
