if both controller failed i dont' see a way to restore the LUN and raid configuration again.

What you can do is to recreate the same raid configuration of the same hard drive, but it is an extreme action.

Do you have a backup of data?

I suggest you to open a ticket from our technical support for this.

Hi .. I only have the config file but not the backup. The faulty md3200i is almost 10yrs old.

I don't think you can restore from the configuration file. Having 2 failed controllers usually lead to data lost. 

I'm unsure if this works, but inside the controller has a SD card, near the controller battery. You will need to open the controller cover and locate the SD card. Try moving the SD card to the backup controller that you have.

Hi ... I have tried to swap the sd card between the faulty one to a good one.

Unfortunately, I still could not recover the data.
