Hi All,

i have 2 dell powervault MD3220i, both have dual controller and all 4 batteries report as 'no status' anyone know how to solve this? im guessing that it wouldn't actually be a battery error as all 4 are reporting the same thing... could be wrong of course. both batteries are detected and the system just reports a 'loss of communication' error in the guru.

also i get the following output from the system when i use a serial connection:

anyone have any ideas what this means?
