Poor performance for sequential write - ME4024 hybrid config

Hi,

I just configured a new ME4024 with a hybrid flash configuration (12 SSD + 24 SAS 10k) with RAID ADAPT, two tier configuration (Performance + standard tier)

Running random writes is giving a good/expected performance (+/- 600MB/s), but for sequential writes the performance is not quite good (+/- 150MB/s maximum).

For example, using storage migration inside vmware for a datastore residing on this ME4024 is not exceding 80/90 mb/s for data transfering (vmdk's), making tests with "dd" inside a VM linux residing inside a Datastore of this enclosure, no giving more than 150MB's of throughput.

Any clue how can I improve the sequential write performance? I already tried to reformat the storage using RAID5 or RAID6, and the results are quite similar..
