5610 won't post, black screen

I have an old T5610.

Power light is white (no blinking) 

Monitor gets a signal but the screen remains black and the system doesn't POST.

I tried replacing the battery with a known good one but no difference. 

I assume at this point it's either the MB, RAM, PSU, or graphics card.  

Unless there's anything else with trying
