Audio glitching issues

Hi there, I have a Precision 5810 with a Xeon E5-1660 V3 3Ghz, 32GB ECC RAM, 500GB SSD, 2TB HDD,and 8GB Nvidia GTX 1070 GPU with Windows 10 Pro 2004 19041.572.

I have been having audio glitching issues with a multitude of tasks. Here are a few examples:

• If i listen to my music through iTunes, and i open up a web browser, the audio starts to glitch. The more tabs i open, the worse it gets
• If I have a game updating through the Epic Games store or the Blizzard client, general Windows sounds glitch, and my mouse will skip around as well.
• If i'm in my web browser and try to watch something on Youtube, it was glitch at random points

I have tried reinstalling the sound drivers, but nothing helps. This used to happen as well with the last Precision i had, which was a T3400, but i'm surprised that this one has literally the exact same issue.

Any ideas what it could be?
