Dell dimension e520

Hello anyone can assist me to repair this dell computer i thing a part is missing

1. there is no HDD

2. As in the video the power supply cables is mixed and i tried to connect them to right place but computer didn't start it only blink colour green.

The picture is rather hard to see. I cannot make out what cables you have connected. But the most important would be the 4 pin connector for CPU power on the MB. The 24 pin connector on the MB. And the connection for the CPU cooling fan on the MB.

The cable you held in picture is a 15 pin SATA power cable.  It is used to connect and provide power to hard drives in your system.
