Dell precision t3610 diagnostic lights stuck on 1 & 2

I was hoping that I am wrong but the diagnostic codes for 1, 2 indicates a possible system board failure.

T3610 diagnostic LEDs

• Disconnect all internal and external peripherals, and re-start the computer. If the computer boots, add the peripheral cards back one by one until you find the bad one.
• If the problem persists, the system board is faulty.

It doesn't hurt to replace the coin cell batt (CR2032) while you are at it.

Oh Ive tried all that and then some.

Sounds like motherboard could be faulty.  A replacement board 09m8y8 starts at $30 on the bay.
