Honestly, that K80 is a very old GPU. Honestly a single Quadro P4000 would probably outperform all three of your listed cards together while only using a bit over 105w and outputting four 4K displays. That is unless you need the extra VRAM on the K80 (Keep in mind that that card is 2 x 12GB GPUs on a single PCIe slot, They do not act as a 24GB card) There is also no guaranty how much longer the Tesla K80 will be supported as some of the Kepler family of GPUs are bellow the minimum Cuda version.
If you need the extra VRAM from a 12GB GPU, you should probably be looking at the Quadro M6000 12GB or 24GB, P5000 16GB, or the Titan XP 12GB for your Cuda needs.

Is there a method, in the DELL Precision T7500, to run a Tesla K80?
