Hi @Luca_1985,

Well, it is a Windows problem and not a Dell problem.  However, I do have a suggestion.  Rollback from Windows 10 1903 to the previous build, 1809.  Wait for a future update, coming this fall, that addresses the needed fixes in 1903.  I linked a support article.  Many articles came up when I Googled it.

Rollback Windows 10 1903 to 1809.

If it works (or not), a reply is appreciated.

Also, you might try this first - Go to Microsoft.com.  When I typed "Community Forum" in the search bar, "Talk to an expert" floating button came up.

@Luca_1985 as Brad has said really this is a Windows issue rather than a Dell issue but lets see if we can at least help get the issue resolved without resorting to a full format and reinstall.

You mentioned that this issue only happened since upgrading to Windows 10 1903 - how did you carry out this upgrade? Was it a clean install using the Dell Windows 10 media or the Microsoft Media Creation tool?

or

You have been running Windows 10 previously on the system without issue but have only recently upgraded to 1903 and the issue has occurred?

What exactly happens when you try to access your profile - do you get any error messages?

Have you tried any sort of Microsoft account troubleshooting?
