Precision Tower 5810 running Windows 10 64 bit ver. 1803.
I ran the diagnostic but can never complete it due to the issue (display goes dark, computer shuts down).
A successful ePSA test (outside of Windows) is your first objective.
It's easy enough to swap in a different video card toward that goal. There are also more thorough ways to test the Power Supply. If you want to try to DIY fix-it, you can try with docs and videos like this:

I was able to run a successful Dell ePSA Diagnostic test by interrupting/stopping it and running each segment separately and all passed. while the issue of the display going dark, followed by a shutdown still happened, running each test separately allowed me to test each segment.
when i looked for community input, i was hoping someone had come across a similar issue. Unfortunately, apparently no one had.
I did test all the pin outs on the power supply, (although from what i understand the built in test is pretty reliable?). Power supply tested fine as well as the Video Card (put into another PC).
The issue was with the motherboard. Although i cannot specifically point out what, replacing the motherboard did resolve the issue using all of the existing parts (PSU, RAM, Video Card).
Finally, if you are lucky enough to have your existing motherboard still able to function, don't forget to assign the digital license to your Microsoft Account. Once I replaced the motherboard, Win 10 was no longer activated, and none of the troubleshooters worked. Although Microsoft states there is an option to get activation if you changed significant hardware before being able to assign digital license to your account, i could not find it. might be buried somewhere and i missed it...luckily, i was able to logon to microsoft account on the pc with the issue, and assign. Final note, calling Microsoft did not work (used to with Win7).

Otherwise, I suggest you have a qualified technician troubleshoot and/or repair the computer.
