help reinstalling Precision T5600 with RAID 0 drive configuration
Running the latest Windows 10 (v1909) with all the updates. As I periodically do, I tried doing the Windows 10 "reset" on this machine (to "clean" it out and start fresh). This time it failed. Appeared to be doing its thing and then after reboot was obviously not reset and presented a generic "your machine reset failed" message. This has worked in the past on this same machine.
What's also odd is that I tried resetting a Dell laptop (Precision M5510) and ran into the same issue. And reset has worked on that one also in the past. So a bit strange that two very different machines, where reset worked before, are now failing to reset. They were both running Windows 10 v1909 with all the latest updates.
For the M5510 laptop, I was able to go to Dell's site and download the Dell OS Repair tool which built a bootable USB drive for me tailored with the drivers for that machine. There does not appear to be such a download for the T5600, I'm guessing, because its a much older machine.
I tried using the MS Windows Media creation tool. This creates a bootable USB drive, but when you boot from it on the T5600 it doesn't see any hard drives available for install. This has been a problem on this machine due to the RAID controller. The default Windows installation media does not have the needed driver to recognize this RAID controller and will not work with it.
Ages ago, before I discovered the Windows reset functionality, I seem to recall getting a RAID driver which I could point the Windows installer to. I also think I had a Dell OS recovery disc at one point. Of course, since then I've used the Windows reset multiple times and its worked fine and the RAID hasn't been an issue, presumably because it already has the driver and is able to use it with the reset.
So....
1) Does anyone know where I can find the Dell OS recovery image for a machine as old as this one?
2) Does anyone know how to go about finding a RAID driver which can be used by the Windows installer?
My initial searching hasn't yielded anything.

I got it working. Adding some notes here in case someone else runs into this problem.
First, Dell support did point me to the standard driver downloads page for the machine, which by default doesn't show any RAID drivers. The key is you have to uncheck the option to show drivers for your system. For some reason the RAID drivers aren't matched up to the service tag. When you do this it shows a couple RAID driver options. They weren't sure which one to use.
After getting off the phone with them, I found a disc I had previously burned when I ran into this same situation which had the drivers I had used before. I was able to use them and install with the media created from the Windows 10 media creation tool.
The top directory of the disc contained the following.

The driver I used was the "S", Win8, 64 folder. That worked and allowed the Win 10 install to see the drive and proceed.
