Install from USB, T3600. Windows 7
Hey guys. I just inherited a T3600 without a hard drive in it. I bought a Seagate SATA drive, 1TB and tried installing it. It is recognized in BIOS but i can't get it to boot windows due to my install "disk" being on USB. I used to have a resource disk i used with my dells to run scripts, make partitions, etc. but have no clue where it is now. Is there a simple way to get this setup to work? Once i can get windows install initialized, all will be well.

The PC won't recognize the USB stick with the ISO on it. Yes, I made it correctly.

You have to boot to the usb drive and select custom install. You cannot boot to the new drive until you install windows. If you made the thumb drive correctly by burning not copying the iso file to the thumb drive, boot to it.

All drivers are in a single cab file.

Contents of the cab must be extracted into a folder

HOWEVER you must use a DELL 2016 skylake or newer image DVD.
USB install is not supported.
