Installing drivers in bios before boot?
I'm in a bit of a predicament with my T5600. I previously had windows 10 installed on an ssd and after taking it out then putting it back in (for maintenance) I am unable to boot to it. I am almost positive this is a driver issue. I loaded drivers, as well as a fresh windows boot on a usb and it appears when prompted to choose a drive to install to. Yet when I download the drivers and restart without the USB, I still get the error "No Boot Device Found". My bios currently has ACHI and RAID/SATA enabled. I could install a fresh version, but really would rather not go through the trouble of installing all of my software again. Any ideas?

The BIOS setting is usually one or the other, i.e ACHI or RAID, try switching to one and seeing what happens.
My problem is not dissimilar (see profile), might be a few steps to try also.

Unless you Shut-Down, unplugged from wall, and grounded yourself (to dissipate any static electricity)
AND
Pressed the power-button a few times (to dissipate the "flea" power held in the motherboard)
There is a good chance to damaged either the motherboard or the SSD itself.

Installing drivers in bios before boot?
To boot an existing drive (with all the boot records and software already on it) ?
No. Where would you permanently load them ? Anyway, No.
Check your BIOS settings.
