The BIOS setting is usually one or the other, i.e ACHI or RAID, try switching to one and seeing what happens.
My problem is not dissimilar (see profile), might be a few steps to try also.

Unless you Shut-Down, unplugged from wall, and grounded yourself (to dissipate any static electricity)
AND
Pressed the power-button a few times (to dissipate the "flea" power held in the motherboard)
There is a good chance to damaged either the motherboard or the SSD itself.
Installing drivers in bios before boot?
To boot an existing drive (with all the boot records and software already on it) ?
No. Where would you permanently load them ? Anyway, No.
Check your BIOS settings.
