Lost all my Dell Apps

Greetings,

I bought a brand new Inspiron 3881 and i faced a problem that when i was logging in to my account it was forced to login with a temp account.

I tried everything and at last i went to the solution of doing a factory reset following the instructions of the Dell Software.

Problem is that ive lost all the apps that the computer came with including the Antivirus promotion(Kasperksy).

Im trying now to install My dell but when i go to the Windows Store says that my computer is not compatible with the app.

Also i have fully updated my Computer and when im goign to Dell update says that i need to install Support Assist OS Recovery tools.Im trying to install that program and it always fails.

Sames happens with Support Assist.Cant download Support Assist os Recovery Tools.

Also Dell Digital Delivery does nothing.Says that i need to be connected to the internet that i am:)

Any Ideas how i can finally install those 2 apps?My Dell and Support Assist OS Recovery Tools?
