That is value memory and I would not recommend it for Dell systems. Dell systems require quality RAM for the best compatibility. Crucial is usually the go to RAM for the best results. Also not knowing how much RAM you have now, 4 GB is not much of an upgrade considering that the system can take a maximum of 32 GB.

Hi @remus25 ,
Sometimes quite confusing even referring to Dell official documents. Spec Sheet you quoted for example: "4 DIMM slots; up to 8GB 1333MHz non-ECC memory; up to 16GB 1333MHz ECC memory" Not clear enough if it's talking about maximum RAM size per DIMM slot or maximum RAM size for the whole system.
Check out page 81 of T1600 User Manual:
Memory
Type: DDR3
Speed: 1333 MHz
Connectors: four DIMM slots
Capacity: 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB, and 8 GB
Minimum Memory: 1 GB
Maximum memory: 32 GB
That means, as what @JOcean mentioned, maximum RAM size for the whole system of T1600 should be 32GB. Userbenchmark with real-world benchmarks submit by owners of this motherboard shows the same results.
