Hi,

I have an out of warranty 3620 that had a power failure while updating the BIOS,  now it does not boot.

Is there a documented procedure to recover? I see some older Dells require a USB drive, FAT32 format, and will flash a bios image from that.  Is there a similar procedure for the 3602?
