Precision 5820 CPU Upgrade

I have an underpowered Precision 5820 and I would like to upgrade the CPU from an Intel 2104 to an Intel 2175 (which I have, currently unused).

Question - is this a straight swap or are any BIOS/other changes required? The machine has a 950W PSU and isn't used for gaming. Video is an Nvidia RTX4000.

The machine has no Dell warranty and was bought secondhand but has a service tag on the case of and that comes up as a totally different Optiplex so I imagine it was sold like that in the first place....
