Precision 5820 No Post

Question

Power on PC after 2 weeks away, you hear the fan on start up but nothing else happens. The power button just flash 3 white, 3 amber. I’ve learned that this means there is an issue with the bios. How do you fix that without any other access to the device. There is no display or keyboard/mouse controls

Have you tried removing the CMOS battery for at least 15 minutes and then reinstalling it? Hard to believe that the battery may have an issue but it might be worth replacing it with a new one.

Tried replacing the battery. Didn’t help

Dell BIOS Recovery video  If you can't even access BIOS using F2 at startup, this may be the way to go.
