Hello,

I have a Precision 5820 Tower which I am trying to install a founders edition RTX3090 into but the tower just boot loops.

It works fine with one (and even two) RTX3060's or a NVS310.

I have the latest BIOS installed and an Intel Xeon W-2145 with 8x32GB DDR4.

I have a 950W PSU so I don't believe the issue is power related.
