Precision 7760 not booting after BIOS Update

on April 10th 2022 Dell Command Update suggested a BIOS update. After performing the update, without any interruption or power loss, the computer stayed with black screen. When I pressed the power on button, the keyboard backlight turned on twice for a second, and also the Caps Lock led and the power led, but do not post or boot.

I have tried the hard reboot and BIOS Recovery 2 without success.

I think the BIOS Precision_7X60_1.10.1 have destroyed my computer. I'm trying to follow the steps described here (a similar problem) to downgrade the BIOS version with no results so far:
https://www.dell.com/community/Latitude/Latitude-5320-System-BIOS-Update-1-14-3-Blue-Screen-amp-Booting/m-p/8108256/highlight/true#M38621

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

    Hello, Darkmoon5

Thanks for the advice! nevertheless, even though I bough the workstation last year, I cannot find the invoice, and dell is requesting it to provide support.

Trying to boot the system to install the former BIOS version.

If you click on the available formats there is a BIOS Recovery Image file

there should be instructions somewhere to explain a how to boot and install this after a corrupt Bios update.

Then you have run out of options so contact Dell Support. as to your invoice, do you not have an account with Dell? the invoice would be there. all my purchases are on my dell account.  Dell also email you the invoice when they ship your hardware.

Thanks! I have bought it in a trip, and do not have the details... It is really a pity!
I just managed to enter the BIOS SETUP after resetting the CMOS, and saw this in the logs:

I will try now to downgrade the BIOS Version

Finally, resetting the CMOS and several attempts to boot the system pressing F2, I got to the state in the former post. that solved the issue and now the computer is working fine!

How did you reset the CMOS? Did you remove the system board and remove the CMOS battery for like 5 minutes?
