Precision 7820 CPU1 Fan Error

Hello, we have a 7820 that keeps giving us CPU1 FAN fail to respond error on startup. The problem is the system does not have a CPU1 FAN, it is a single CPU system. The CPU1 Fan is the fan for the second CPU on the riser board but since it is a single configuration there is no fan and no riser board. Is there a way to make the system inventory itself so this error will go away? I have tried to reset the BIOS to default, removed the battery, and update the BIOS but still no luck. I attached the picture below.

Personal opinion,

I would insist with prosupport... if it's a bios glitch, there would be more people reporting it, but I don't remember seeing a similar topic here.

So is more likely that it's an issue on the motherboard. I assume that the connector on the mb for the 2nd cpu cage has a plastic protection on it ( since it was never used ) to protect it from dust and particles, so that no weird fake contact happens there.

Bottom line, I would call them again, have their tech used canned air or whatever he prefers to dust off the connector while having a new motherboard to swap in, if the previous doesn't work.

"if" you get a replacement board, and your precision is a first generation, try to get a 2nd generation board maybe ( so you have the upgrade path to 2nd gen cpus open )
