Precision 7920 TPM remove alert

Hi

For a long time i have this error / alert, i cannot remove this flag.

"alert! tpm device is not detected"
I have already format the system as well, BIOS restore to factory settings and updated to the last version.

How can i remove this.

I have try several options from this form, including the 2 min. power off from the ac

Is there anyone our opinion to fix this.
