Precision T5500 graphics card suggestion

Dear Members,

I know this question has been asked quite a few times in various forums but with respect to gaming. I recently acquired an used T5500 dual CPU machine 16 core and 72GB RAM. I want to use this for Adobe Photoshop and Adobe premier pro,Adobe after effects mainly. Could you please help me with Graphics card recommendation, my budget is around 600USD. I am thinking of MSI GAMING GeForce GTX 1060 6GB .

Im thinking upgrading a little from 1050Ti to RX580 8GB, so u card workingfine for gaming in T5500 with original 850W PSU? Im worring that its not sufficient for 580? Im not sure how many amps 8pin provides on this PSU. Can u olso confirm that this card works alone, no quadro needed for BIOS?

I have successfully used an RX 580 in a T5500, as well as a GTX 1050 Ti. It should be noted that the standard PSU only has 2x6-pin connectors, but you should be able to get a 2x6-pin to 1x8pin adapter. The 875w PSU provides 18 amps on the 12v rail.
