Precision T7910 LSI SAS RAID controller not recognizing drives.

I'm on a Dell T7910 with dual e5-2630 v3 96GB of RAM evenly between the 2.
I'm running Zorin OS 16.1.

I have many 2.5" SSD and hard drives.

Currently I'm using 2 Silver Icy Dock 2.5 to 3.5 SATA adapters to access 2 1TB SATA SSD with one drive for system stuff aand another for Steam Games and artwork.

I recently added 3 TB amd 4 TB 3.5 Inch hard in the last 2 3.5 inch bays, and they work fine.

I recently added a 4 bay, 2.5 SATA bay to the machine. I'm pretty sure it's hooked up properly. but it doesn't register any drives.

I was hoping to move my start SSD to the 5.25 Bays and use the 3.5 inch days other stuff. Sadly the T7910 doesn't see to see the new bays or any drives in them.

Later I'm going to run a few experiments with Windows 10, and see if it does better at seeing them.

I would appreciate any help if you have any ideas.

...and Dell Robot, you already invalidated my Warranty. Stop asking for it.

Check the cable connection, both at the 4-bay backplane and the sff-8643 header.  If possible, move the cable from one of the existing working drive and connecting it to one connector of the 4-bay backplane to check for connection.  If it's still not recognize, it could be the backplane of the new 4-bay dock is not compatible.
