Precision Tower 7910 - Not staying on
I have a user who has a 7910 tower that shuts down after a few hours. Recently updated bios to current version and checked setting also. I did not have any popped caps and power supply checked out ok. We use sccm to send updates In the after hours and push power policy so it can not be changed local (verified policy settings). Anyone have any ideas other than reimage? Thanks ahead of time.

Hi Jim,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please private message your system service tag or the express service code for us to get your system details.
Do you notice any error message before it shuts down? We suggest you to run the hardware diagnostics to check is there any hardware faults. To run diagnostics, restart the computer, as the computer boots, press < F12 > when the Dell Splash Screen appears. When the Boot menu appears, highlight the Diagnostics option and then press < Enter > to start the Diagnostics. If you get any error code and validation code, capture and lets us know.
