Which Wireless card do you have on the T3400?

I had a Dell 56CGK and it worked.  Windows 10 install identified it and installed suitable driver.  It does take two minutes after boot up for it to see the networks under Windows 10.  Don't know why it is so slow, but it does eventually come up.

T3400 does not have wifi.

Windows 7 will not have chipset and wifi drivers that are native to windows 8 and 10.

Windows 7 is end of life end of support.

The T3400 is over 15 years old now.

Consider going with a USB Wifi Adaptor like the TP-Link AC600.
