SAS RAID HELP

Hi guys i got my self dell 7910 workstation it comes with sas raid controller i am using this machine for resolve color grading and i need fast HD speed, right now i have two hd 1 tb each black in raid 0 software under windows 10 my raid speed is write 246 and read 250 whic is a bottle neck i will soon graduate to 4k raw files i need about 700Mb/Sec. Now since i have sas raid controller and on eBay i seen some sas hard drives each with 3 tb for $100- 3TB 7.2K SAS Hard Drive 3.5'' DELL SERVER T710 R310 R410 R710 R720 R720XD R730 will they work? if i purchase 4 of them will they achieve needed speed? My other optiopn is purchasing a raid card with raid box. I have about $500 to spend
