T1500 RAM compatibility

Hi everyone, I want to upgrade my Dell Precision T1500, I want to add another memory stick, for what I see the stick I have is a 4GB CL11 1600Mhz, so I want to add another one of those and I found a Kingston one with just that exact config, so my question is, does this workstation needs specific brand RAM or any kind or brand of RAM with that config will work?

I'm engaged in a similar project. I'd like to instal the fastest RAM that will work, and found a deal for Mushkin Quad Pack Memory Module Kit 16GB (4x4gb) Desktop Memory - This is 1600 ram CL=8. Will I have a problem with low-latency RAM?

(Crucial recommended their 1600 CL=11.)
