T3500 fan

Question

I've got a Dell T3500 (well actually I have 3), and on one of them the fan sometimes speeds up and is noisy (it speeds up even if the PC is not doing much). Now the PC is pretty old, but it's OK for what I am using it for. I am wondering if I can replace the two fans in the black housing with new quiet ones?  If so, what size should they be and will the connectors fit the dell motherboard?

@mrglwatson  I think the 3500 uses the Dell Proprietary fan connection so if you are not using OEM fans you will need adapter for your fans. Pocaton B073XJV5L9 Replacements HW856 are not expensive. https://www.ebay.com/itm/111897126005
