T3600 08hpgt Service Menu

I purchased a new main board 08hpgt but on startup it goes to a service menu. I don't have the old service tag and the sticker is not on the case, but I do have some service tags from other T3600 units that I can use for the setup. There are also options for AMT and SAS. Would there be an issue using the alternate service tag if I'm not planning on using Dell support and does anyone know the proper settings to use.
