T5600 memory for 1600mhz configuration
Hello, newbie here
I recently purchased 4 x 16gb 128000 RDIMM 2Rx4 1.35v, thinking this would be enough propagating to ensure 1600 mhz unfortunately, bios only see them as 1333 mhz. Do i need another 4 of the same (too expensive and too large) or can just fill the other channel (dims socket) either 1600 mhz 2 or 4 GB sticks

Do you have any 1333MHz RAM in your T5600? If so, RAM speed will always run at the speed of the slowest chip.
