T5600 quadro 600 no video until OS
So I am trying to make some BIOS settings changes to install a second video card and also change my processors and upgrade RAM, and I am getting no video output whatsoever until it goes to windows. If I press f2 to get into the BIOS, still nothing until I restart the computer and let it go to operating system. Is this a common issue? It doesnt seem to be one with the monitor as far as I can tell, but I am trying samsung support anyways
It is the quadro 600 that has one display port (using adapter to HDMI for samsung curved 27") and one dvi port. Don't have a DVI monitor or I would try that and see if it makes any difference. Using latest BIOS A19.

It could mean your BIOS doesn't have a driver for the Quadro 600, so a driver doesn't kick in until OS boots. Yet, the 600 is on the list of Dell approved GPU's. Were any BIOS changes made before this happened? If so, you may need to reset BIOS - How to Perform a BIOS or CMOS Reset and Clear the NVRAM on Dell Systems
Remember to do one thing at a time - CPU change, see if it boots, and so on. So if something goes wrong, you know what it is right away.
