T7600 Network Ports Not Working

My machine is out of warranty now. I wanted to extend the warranty, but the sales guy ignored me after requesting pricing for warranty extension only without the extra stuff he wanted to add that I did not need.

My Workstation has two network ports. Windows shows a status of cables disconnected even though it is connected. I see this with both network ports. I must work from home, so I will buy a network card and disable the on-board network for the time being.

I tried various things to resolve but no solution. I am now running pre-boot diagnostics, but I do not see a test for network controllers. All other tests have passed and memory test is currently running.

Any ideas from anyone?

I bought a D-Link Gigabit PCI adapter to plug into the Workstation. Windows 10 does not have drivers for it included, so I must download them using my phone.

I have confirmed that this is not a Windows 10 issue. I booted my Workstation into Macrium Recovery where I successfully accessed my network in the past. The on board network controllers also are not operational using it.

I am disappointed in this random hardware failure. This was Dell's top of the line Workstation. Why would both network controllers randomly fail? Repair will most likely require a complete motherboard replacement. This won't be cheap.
