Vega 56 5810

Question

Hi all, I understand this is not an INSPIRON but Im not sure where else to post. Please move if needed.    I was handed down a fully functional precision 5810. I was also lucky enough to get a vega 56. My current PSU is only rated at 425W and im unsure how I could even connect the 2*8 pins needed from it. I would like to install a PSU that can run the card and use the Vega 56.  I have spent several hours on Dell Chat/Phone services, with very mixed opinions. From my research the 5810 motherboard should be able to handle the Vega 56 as other users describe it working with Quadros and 1080x.    What is extremely bothersome is that Dell has a PSU CARD of sorts, so I am unsure if I can simply install a 3rd party PSU in my unit as I cant imagine how to connect it to the card. Ideally I would like to buy a top of the line PSU rather than a second hand Dell unit. Could you help me figure this out?    Please Dell community, you are my only hope!

There is a drop in 825W replacement for the Power supply and specific proprietary cable that goes to the power supply board.

Excuse my ignorance but is the 6+6 pin cable enough as the GPU has a 8+8?
