2TB NVMe M.2 SSD support on Precision 7710?
Hello!
The Precision 7710‘s official technical documentation mentions that the machine is supporting 1TB M.2 SSDs.
Does anybody know if the system supports and/or is anybody successfully running a 2TB (or larger) M.2 SSD in one or both of the M.2 SSD slots?
Thanks!

This support page sets out the compatible arrangement of drives. And the Crucial page here lists 2 TB drives as compatible. No larger than 2 TB (larger drives would tend to be rather pricey). Dell only tested up to 1 TB and that is why anything larger is not listed.

I am running 2 x NVME drives in my 7710.
Windows is installed on a 1TB WD Black NVME, and my storage drive is a 2TB Intel NVME.
Dell only listed up to 1TB because those where the largest available m.2 drives at the time of release. I'm sure that a 4TB or 8TB NVME drive will work just fine, if you want to pay for it.
