7730 not booting when connected to a wd19dc
I'm having problems with booting my 7730; After being turned "off", it will not boot up using the WD19 Thunderbolt. In order to boot, I have to disconnect the Thunderbolt WD19, turn on the 7730, wait until it boots and then re-connect the WD19. This has been going on for a while and is beginning to become a hindrance on productivity.
Also, I have a false low battery reading when connected to the WD19,
Does anyone have any solutions?

Reset the docking station.
Unplug the dock from power and from the computer. Hold the power button on the dock down for 45 seconds. Plug everything back in. Power up.

webwormhsd,
Checking to see if you have updated the system bios as well as the Dock firmware? If not, click here and add the service tags to choose the drivers for the dock and computer.

The hard reset worked for the booting issue however, I’m still experiencing the low battery message, even though the battery is charging OK.
