Bluetooth Audio on Precision 5750

Question

I cannot get either of my Bluetooth audio headsets (Bose QC35 II and Sony WH-1000XM4) to connect to my Precision 5750 (Windows 10) for audio. Both headsets will connect no problem for audio on Samsung phone and older Precision 5510. When pairing to 5750, Windows popup says headset is connected but headset does not announce new device connected as is done for a successful Bluetooth connection to phone or 5510. After trying to pair, headsets show in Bluetooth device list but neither headset is present in Sound Playback Device list on 5570. Multiple attempts have been at re-pairing by clearing device list in headsets and going through Bluetooth pairing again but still cannot get either headset to show as audio device on 5750. System has latest updates from Support Assist and Windows update.

After extensive troubleshooting with the DELL-Cares agents, a clean install of Windows 11 was required to  fix the Bluetooth audio issue.
